Leadership and service delivery cycle
The leadership and service delivery cycle for elected National Executive Leadership Team of CWM/K members is four (4) years.
Composition of National Executive Leadership Team
The National Executive Leadership team is constituted by four categories of members, who shall be: first category of five (5) members elected by the National Leadership Council; second category of two (2) co-opted members; third category of one (1) head of programs; and fourth category of one (1) nominated National Chaplain. Consequently the fully constituted National Executive Leadership Team shall comprise nine (9) members, as further illustrated below:
Elected members
- One (1) elected National Chairperson holding voting rights
- One (1) elected National Deputy Chairperson holding voting rights
- One (1) elected National Secretary holding voting rights
- One (1) elected National Deputy Secretary holding voting rights
- One (1) elected National Treasurer holding voting rights
