National Leadership Team (NLT) is composed of all CWM Kenya chairpersons or representatives from all Catholic Dioceses in Kenya and all members of the National Executive Leadership Team. The teams mandate runs for 4 yrs.
The National Leadership Team is responsible for decision-making as well as offering recommendations to the Diocesan Teams, Base Groups and HISA Program concerning implementation of various initiatives, activities and events of Christian workers Movement Kenya.
For day-to-day functions of the movement, the National Leadership Team shall delegate to the National Executive Leadership Team the authority to implement policies, decisions, procedures and actions of the movement.
